Norma Talley, RN, CCM,CSA
Certified Case Manger
Norma Talley is a professional registered nurse licensed in the state of North Carolina and specializes in senior care with Southern Rehab. She received her nursing degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and is a certified case manager and senior advisor. She was employed for 11 years at Wake Medical Center in medical/surgical nursing, cardiac intensive care and neonatal intensive care. At Southern Rehab, Norma has worked as a professional case manager focusing on worker’s compensation and liability injuries with a specialty in catastrophic injuries. In October of 2005, Norma completed 128 hours of continuing professional education through the University of Florida and Medipro Seminars, LLC specific to elder-care management. Her special interest and expertise in working with the elderly have contributed to the development of Premier Senior Services.

Joni Christmas, RN, CCM
Certified Case Manager
Joni Christmas is a professional registered nurse licensed in the state of North Carolina specializing in senior care through Southern Rehabilitation Network, Inc. Joni earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is a Certified Case Manager. Joni has 16 years of case management experience and has prior hospital nursing experience at Forsyth Memorial Hospital in Winston Salem, NC. Joni joined the Southern Rehab team in 2002 focusing her professional expertise in workers’ compensation medical case management. Joni also has worked extensively with catastrophic case management. Joni has a special interest in seniors including personal experience with her own mother’s lengthy illness and eventual loss of her mother.
